Hope you're having a great summer! Just a quick heads-up that I’ll be out of the studio and racing on Victoria Harbor in Club Crew World Championships with the Philadelphia Dragon Boat Association from July 4–8.

Competing in Dragon Boat races at this level is truly a thrill and allows me to continuously find inspiration and opportunities to recharge.

I return to my studio on Tuesday, July 10 and I look forward to sharing some great stories about racing in Hong Kong!
